Sensible eating...

So much of the celebration during this time of year is centered around food! Between the baking, travelling, and attending parties, it can be very difficult to eat sensibly! Unfortunately, I mentally prepare myself to gain at least a couple pounds during December.
I was so excited, however, to find a new snack that I really love. I hope that it helps keep my junk food binging in check this year.....

These Veggie Chips are only 130 calories for 38 chips, and they are super yummy !! 


They also come in "straw" form, and while I know they aren't as good for you as REAL vegetables, they are a great substitute for all the other Holiday food around my home this season!! 


If you need a treat/dessert, you'll want to try the Cinnamon Apple Straws. They remind me of the cinnamon twists at Taco Bell, only with far fewer calories. 


I find all three of these sensible snacks at my local Walmart Supercenter, and I have seen them at Sam's Club as well.
