He's still too small to really play the game, so Adam hands him an unplugged controller to use.
I wish I could describe the proud look on his face as he delcares,
"I'm helping Daddy wif da game!!"He has no idea all of his button-pushing isn't really what is winning the game. It's the skilled hands of his daddy that control the passing, shooting, and blocking in order to be victorious.
We like to "help" our Heavenly Father too. We work hard to help Him win spiritual battles and triumph over difficult situations.
While He desires to use ordinary human beings to accomplish his plans, He doesn't need us!! I find it comforting that I don't have to stress about what is next in the "playbook". I don't have to remember how to "shoot", "pass", and "block".
My Almighty God has it under control!! (Besides I don't really know what I'm doing anyway!) :)
"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
